The free half lives here: log sheets that work in pencil, calculators that run in the browser, video shelves from real makers, and guides for the parts that go wrong. The app (Android, now on Google Play) carries all thirty calculators, nineteen recipes, and a cellar that follows a batch for years — offline, no account.
